Top of the most popular European cities with tourists: Kyiv among them

Tour operators have made the rating of the most visited cities in Europe. Kyiv is not the last place. According to the Ukrainian travel agencies a list of the most visited cities in 2013 was published. The most popular became London, Paris and Istanbul. These cities were visited by10-15 million tourists and left there 16 milliard dollars.

Barcelona takes the fourth position. Catalan capital for the year was visited by more than 8 million people who left there in total $ 8 billion. In fifth place is the "mecca" of all the fashion-conscious women of the world is Milan, which is visited by 6.8 million people, and they spent there $ 6, 5 billion.

Rome took the sixth place. Quiet and calm the capital of Italy boasts 6.7 million tourists. Seventh place went to Amsterdam. Local coffee shops were visited by over 6 million people.

The Austrian capital – Vienna is ranked as eighth and was visited by 5 million tourists this year. Spanish Madrid finished as ninth. It was visited by a total of 4 million people who shelled out there for $ 5 billion.

Kyiv was included to the rating, taking the twenty first position. It is becoming more popular among tourists. During this year, Kyiv was visited by more than 1.5 million foreign tourists spending more than $ 2.8 billion.
