In GOODMAN they serve classic steaks which are popular all over the world: juicy “Ribeye” and the impressive “Cowboy” – the marble meat flavored “New York” and lean “filet mignon”. Breeds Aberdeen Angus bulls and Hereford meat is used for steaks. These breeds are grown in ecologically clean regions of Australia and Argentina. Steaks are fried on natural charcoal in a professional oven, which is called Hosper. You'll be pleasantly surprised!
