Sanatorium-resort complex “Thermal – Star” is located 12 kilometers far from the city of Uzhgorod, in the scenic area of Carpathian Mountains, on the banks of the lake. The main curative factor in the sanatorium “Thermal – Star” is a high-silicon mineral water. Thermal mineral water with a high content of silicon contribute to the normalization of metabolic processes in the body, improve the condition of the bone and cartilage tissue, skin, reduce the risk of atherosclerosis.
