Tourism forum in Kherson

Today II International tourist forum “Development of ecological tourism in the countries of the Black Sea basin: resources and innovations” has started its work.

Kherson local government has an intention to give a new impetus to the development of the region. People who have ideas and ambitious investment projects concerning tourism are very much encouraged to make their contribution to the development of Kherson region. Local officials and travel companies are interested in new mental suggestions for the region: confidence in own plans, responsibility for the actions and active participation are combined with the efforts aimed at meeting the citizens’ interests, multiplying moral achievements, protecting the environment. Tourism, in particular an ecological one, is one of the priority projects of the region development.   

The purpose of the forum is to identify modern tendencies in the development of ecological tourism in the countries of the Black Sea basin and the role of Ukraine in this process. In fact, a set of issues will be discussed, namely, the development and experience sharing in the sphere of ecological tourism, the establishment of the cooperation between travel agencies of Ukraine and those of the Black Sea basin countries, promotion of tourist products; the forum will provide a good opportunity to generate ideas as to new projects in tourism and children’s health enhancement.
