The Ottoman-style Dacha of wealthy tobacco merchant Joseph Stamboli is considered one of the brightest architectural landmarks of the Crimean peninsula. Owing to high minaret, terraces and cute towers, cloisters and colorful ornamental decoration, building looks majestic. Amazing view of the sea and beautiful bays is opened from the windows of the galleries of the dacha. Inside the mansion is decorated with different colored marble, precious wood, stucco and marble sculptures that amaze with luxury and craftsmanship of decoration.

Outside cottage is surrounded by a park of evergreen cypresses. And next to the park is an interesting house for workers, which at this time is the cafe "Gardener's house."
