Green Carpathians

Ukrainian Carpathians is the heart of a green tourism. In addition to living in cozy eco-cottages, tourists are offered with Cheremosh rafting, climbing to Goverlu, horseback riding, trout fishing, mountain biking, spending time on Shatskikh lakes.


Breathe and swim

Svitjaz Lake is the most popular destination among the travellers around Ukraine at the height of the summer heat. They go to the lake in order to swim in the clear water and breathe the fresh air in the forests. There are a great numbers of opportunities for the lovers of active tourism: ride on a boat, rent a catamaran, yacht, go hiking, canoeing or excursion around. And real gourmets will not deny yourself the opportunity to tastee local delicacies.


Closer to the capital

The main feature of the Ukrainian green tourism is a rural colouring and delicious cuisine. You can always find wonderful “hatas” with painted stove and hayloft, horse rides, workshops of traditional folk painting, fishing. To taste life in the countryside is possible in Cherkassy region – Taras Shevchenko hameland. Poltava invites tourists in Opishne – region of Ukrainian potters as well as to Dikanka and Sorochyntsi. Chernihiv invites you to enjoy the beauty of "Enchanted Desna."


Closer to the sea

The Crimean peninsula is probably one of the best places for "green tourism" - rest on a rural style. One of these places is Bajdarsky Valley - green area of virgin nature and mountain air. Recreational activities include quad biking, buggies, exploring the area on horseback, tennis, spending  time at the seaside. You can also optionally take an active part in hunting, fishing, jeep safaris.
