«Art Mall» shopping center will appear in Kyiv
Investor and developer «Art Mall» is going to open a new 50 thousand square meters shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv. It will contain a unique entertainment zone of international level. An art gallery will add the shopping center a piece of culture and history.
«Art Mall» is being built on large crossroads near the South Bridge. An area in front of it will enable to project a big parking place for 1368 cars. According to the calculations, traffic flow is 60 thousand people per a one hour here.
«Art Mall» is an investor and a developer of the project. Chapman & Tailor is an architect of the building. The official broker UTG also supports it.
