The World's Most Travelled Person visited national tourist project "Visit Ukraine"

Ukraine as a tourist destination attracts tourists from all over the world. Today, national internet portal “Visit Ukraine” was the initiator of the meeting with the most interesting person – Mr. Fred Finn. He is a British who earned an entry

into the Guinness Book of Records as The World’s Most Travelled Person. In his “luggage” are 15 million of miles (more than 185 thousand of kilometers), 718 flights and 139 countries. But now he lives in Ukraine and happily married to pretty Ukrainian.

The representatives of “Visit Ukraine” organized this meeting to familiarize with Mr. Finn, his experience in travelling and his ideas about Ukraine. Mr. Finn said the he started travelling in 1959 and since he has been absorbed in travelling. He travels on both business and leisure. The first country he visited was Belgium. 139 countries… there are plenty to choose from. But the traveler said that there are three his favorite places: Kenya – for its show-covered mountains, Seychelles because of the best beaches on the earth and Ukraine – for the hospitality, beautiful landscapes, good beer and beautiful women. On the question “What place would you like to visit again?” Mr. Finn answered: “I’ m living here” (Ukraine). Though his birthplace is England, Mr. Fred Finn confessed that small town Komsomolsk in Poltava region resembles him his native Canterbury. He shared that he used to live in “the garden of England” and now he lives in “the garden of Europe”.

The main point is that Mr. Finn is a “fount” of information for tourists. He has a title of Ukraine International Airlines Goodwill Ambassador. His articles about tourism are invaluable. The pleasure is that Mr. Finn is eager to cooperate with national project “Visit Ukraine”.
