The main airport of Ukraine used by the majority of travelers is an international airport “Boryspil” which is 16 km from Kyiv and 40 km from its downtown. There is a domestic “Zhuliany” airport in the country.

Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Odesa, Lviv, Simferopol.
The largest airport of Ukraine has several terminals and still few are under construction. All the terminals are of modern design and have all required services. A hotel with the identical name is within a ten-minute walk from the airport. To get to the city, you can take a bus which runs with a 20-minute interval. To get to the airport, you can use the same bus service from the railway station.
In addition, you can go by taxi. The taxi service is more expensive, namely, about UAH 200.
The check-in is announced in two hours for an international flight and in one hour for a domestic flight. On-line registration is of great importance for such airlines as Aerosvit, Air France, Austrian Airlines, British Airways, British Midland, KLM, Lufthansa, Ukraine International Airlines and others.
The following services are provided at the airport: around-the-clock baggage room, package room, communication service, transportation, conference and business halls, many stores, restaurants, cafes, bars, Duty Free shops, recreation areas, three-star hotel “Boryspil”.
The airport is situated in the outskirt of the city of Simferopol, to be exact, 11 km to the north of the city. Several ways to get to the airport are available: taxi, jitney, or trolley bus № 9 which departs from the railway station. This is the main airport of the Autonomous Republic of the Crimea.
“Donetsk” airport is located in the very city. You can get there by taxi or jitney № 73-a, 83, 9, and 10. The airport provides all necessary services.
The airport is situated in the south-west part of the city. It covers the area of 570,3 ha and is at the distance of 7,5 km from the downtown. Passengers are provided with the following service at the airport: business centers, VIP-halls, baggage room, Duty Free shops, package room, hotels, parking lots, exchange offices and so on.
To get to the airport you may take a taxi or trolley-bus № 9. It departs from “University” stop every 20 minutes. It will take you 20-25 minutes to get to the airport which ensures excellent service for the travelers. This is the major airport which operates in western regions of Ukraine.
It is equally important for all the airports. Passengers are required to check in earlier: 2-2.5 hours for international flights, 1-1.5 hours for domestic flights.
